Who is Verdex LMS for?
Anyone with material people need to learn and a group of people to teach it to. That includes companies training staff, customers or partners; nonprofits, associations and community groups training volunteers and members; schools and academies; authors launching a book; and coaches, consultants and speakers with a method or a talk to teach.
What kind of material works?
Anything you already teach from: a book or manuscript, a manual or handbook, a workbook, a slide deck, recorded talks or videos, or the notes from a workshop you run. It doesn't have to be in one file, and it doesn't have to be finished.
We already use a course platform. Why change?
Keep it if it works for you. The difference is who does the course work. On a platform you turn your material into lessons yourself, inside their template, and a branded app usually costs extra. We do that work with you and build the app under your name.
Do I need another course platform too?
No. Verdex builds and hosts your own platform and apps. See how we compare with competitors.
Can't we do this ourselves?
You can. It takes someone who can break material into lessons, write exercises and questions, build the apps and get them through App Store and Google Play review. If you have that person and the time, do it. If not, that is the job we do.
What if our material isn't finished?
It rarely is. Send what you have. Mapping it into modules and lessons is the first part of the work, and gaps show up early, while they are easy to fill.
How long does it take?
About 90 days is typical. The course plan is done by around day 15, the build by around day 75, and your first group starts around day 90. The written quote sets the dates for your course before any work starts.
What does it cost?
It depends on how much material there is and what the course needs, so we quote in writing after the free call. As of October 2026, there is a monthly plan after launch for fixes, store updates and new features, and you can cancel it on 30 days' notice.
Who owns the course and the app?
You do. The software we build for you, including your course platform and your iPhone and Android apps, belongs to you. That is written into your scope before you sign.
You're a small team. Is that a risk?
The two of us do the work, so nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a developer. We have shipped apps to both app stores before, and our first learning platform is live. Read the case study.

You will see for yourself. Progress, answers and group activity show up in the admin studio from the first week, so you can see who is moving and who has stopped.
