Case study: how Military to Ministry runs its course on Verdex LMS
Military to Ministry (M2M) prepares veterans for ministry. We built a learning platform around its foundations course, as M2M teaches it. As of October 2026, M2M is a paying Verdex customer. The course is live at course.mil2min.org, and its iOS and Android apps are live in the App Store and Google Play.

Built to the course's shape, not a template's.
M2M's course has a shape no standard template ships with: modules taken one a week and in order, groups of six, and written work that adds up to a plan for each learner. We built the platform to fit it.
- Course
- A foundations course: 24 modules in six phases, one a week, in order, at each learner's pace.
- Each module
- Teaching, a written assignment, practice in real life and a short review.
- Ministry plan
- Each learner's written work builds their personal ministry plan.
- Groups
- Groups of six formed from a join code, with moderated discussion.
- Admin studio
- Staff draft and publish content, run cohorts, approve enrollments and grade work.
- Records
- Enrollment status syncs to M2M's CRM.
- Apps
- The web platform and the iOS and Android apps come from one codebase, under M2M's name.
It speaks its learners' language.
M2M's learners are veterans, so the course talks the way they do. Groups are squads. Each phase opens with a briefing, and each module closes with an After Action Review. The first phase is Mobilize. None of it had to be renamed to fit a template.
The subject is M2M's. The structure works for any course.
We build the same parts from a staff handbook, a book or a coaching program, in your words and under your name.
